Broadcasts

Broadcast results and follow-ups

See who received and replied to a broadcast, and what the assistant does when people stay quiet.

Every broadcast has its own page where you can watch it go out and see how people responded.

Open a broadcast

Open Broadcasts. Each broadcast shows a badge for where it is:

  • Scheduled: waiting for its time.
  • Sending: going out now.
  • Following up: sent, and the assistant is chasing replies.
  • Paused: stopped for now.
  • Done: finished.

Tap one to open it. Near the top, the line "N of Q new conversations started today" shows how much of your daily limit is used.

Read the results

The broadcast page shows these counts:

  • Sent: handed to WhatsApp.
  • Delivered: reached their phone.
  • Read: they opened it.
  • Replied: they answered you.
  • Not delivered: it did not reach them.
  • Opted out: they asked to stop.

Below that, the People list shows each person's name, number and status. Counts update by themselves while it is sending.

Replies

When someone replies, the chat appears in Live chats. Your assistant answers as usual, or you can take over. See Live chats.

Follow-ups

If you turned on Have the assistant follow up, the page shows the follow-up goal and how long it waits with no reply. After that time, your assistant messages the people who have not answered and works towards your goal.

When people are not delivered

Check the number on the People list first.
