Read and find conversations

Live chats shows every conversation on your assistant's WhatsApp number as it happens. You can read along, and step in whenever you want.

Open your chats

1. In the menu, open Chats, then Live chats.
2. If you look after more than one assistant, choose which one at the top.
3. Select a conversation to read it. On a phone, use the arrow at the top to go back to the list.

Find a conversation

Type a name or some words in Search. Or use a filter to narrow the list:

• All shows everything.
• Unread shows chats you have not opened.
• Needs human shows chats where the assistant thinks a pastor should step in.
• Urgent shows chats that look urgent.
• AI paused shows chats where the assistant is on hold.
• Pinned and Archived show chats you have pinned or put away.

Keep your list tidy

Open the actions for a chat to Pin chat so it stays at the top, or Archive chat to put it away. You can undo both with Unpin chat and Unarchive chat.

What you can do in a chat

• Step in and reply yourself. See Step in and hand back to the assistant.

• Send a photo, a file or an event. See Send photos, files and events.
• See who you are talking to. See The contact panel.
• Rate the assistant's replies. See Rate replies and save corrections.
