SMS templates

For admins

Save texts you send often. They need no approval.

SMS templates are for admins only. They are texts you send often. The page says "Texts you send often. They need no approval."

Add an SMS template

  1. Open Templates.
  2. Select the SMS tab. Only admins see it.
  3. Select New SMS template. It opens a new template to fill in.
  4. Enter a Title and the Message. Only your team sees the title.
  5. Select Save. You will see "Template saved".

Before you send

Sending SMS needs FlashSMS to be set up. Check the FlashSMS card under Settings › Integrations, where you can use Test connection. See Church services (integrations).

Tip: WhatsApp templates are different. Those must be approved by Meta first. See What templates are.
