Rate replies and save corrections

Give your assistant's replies a thumbs up or down, and teach it what it should have said.

You can rate any reply your assistant sends. A thumbs-down with a note teaches it to do better next time.

Rate a reply in a chat

  1. Open a conversation in Live chats.
  2. Find a reply from the assistant. Select the thumbs-up (Good reply) or thumbs-down (Bad reply).
  3. If you chose thumbs-down, a box asks What should the assistant have said?
  4. Write the reply you wanted, then select Save feedback.

With a note, you see "Correction saved" and the assistant learns from it. Without a note, you see "Feedback saved". Select the same thumb again to remove your rating, and you see "Rating removed".

Rate many replies in one place

Open Review in the Chats menu. It says "Rate your assistant's replies. A thumbs-down with a note becomes a correction." Each card shows the member's message and the assistant's reply.

  • Rate with the thumbs, and add a note to a thumbs-down.
  • Select Open conversation to see the whole chat.
  • Narrow the list with Assistant (if you have several), From and To dates, Unrated only or Thumbs-down only, then select Apply filters. Select Clear to remove them.
  • Use Newer and Older to move through the pages.

Tip: Correct the things people ask most often. Those fixes help the most.
