Try your assistant and correct a reply

Try it lets you test your assistant safely. You chat as a member of the public would, and nothing is sent to anyone.

Try a conversation

1. Open Train my assistant from the Chats menu.
2. In the phone frame, select Try it.
3. Type a message in the box that says Type a message, the way a church member might. For example, ask about service times.
4. Read the reply. Keep going as long as you like.

Use Reset conversation to start again from nothing.

Correct a reply

If a reply is wrong, too long or not in your voice, you can fix it on the spot.

1. Under the assistant's latest reply, select Correct this.
2. Under What should the assistant have said?, write the reply you wanted.
3. Select Save correction.

The correction starts working straight away. You do not need to approve it. The assistant answers your message again so you can see the difference.

Important: Only the owner of the assistant or an administrator sees Correct this.

Why you may see a message instead

If the page says "You are not attached to an assistant yet. Ask an administrator to add you.", your account has not been linked to an assistant. An administrator can fix this. See Owners, delegates and admins.
