Read your dashboard

The dashboard is the first page you see after you sign in. It says "Welcome" with your name, and shows how your assistant is doing.

Choose what to look at

If you look after several assistants, pick one at the top. Then choose Today, 7 days or 30 days.

The numbers

Each tile shows a count for the period you chose:

• Messaged us is how many people wrote to you, and New contacts how many were new.
• Replies counts what your assistant sent, and Typical reply time shows how quickly it answers.
• Needs a person and Urgent count chats waiting for a pastor.
• Messages in counts every message received.
• Books given, Downloads, Prayer requests, Testimonies and Salvations show what people received or shared.

Charts below show how things changed day by day.

Needs your attention

This box lists chats with an Urgent or Needs human badge. Select one to open that conversation. If it says "Nothing is waiting for you", you are all caught up.

Tip: Check this box first each day. Then see Step in and hand back to the assistant.

Latest digest

Latest digest says what people have been talking to your assistant about. It shows a short summary with the main themes underneath. Until the first digest is ready it says "No digest yet. The first one appears after your assistant has had a day of conversations."

Church overview

Administrators also see Church overview when no single assistant is chosen. It shows the AI cost and WhatsApp cost for the period, and a table that compares the assistants: Conversations, Messages in, AI replies, Human replies, Books given, Prayer requests, Salvations, AI cost and WhatsApp cost.
