Getting started
Owners, delegates and admins
Who can see, teach and approve, and who to ask when a button is missing.
What you can do in ABMTC Pastoral Assistant depends on your role. If you cannot find a button, your role is usually the reason.
Two kinds of account
- Admin accounts look after the whole of Anagkazo Bible and Ministry Training Center. They see every assistant and the admin pages.
- Member accounts see only the assistants they belong to. Each is an owner or a delegate of those assistants.
Owners
The owner of an assistant is usually the pastor it speaks for. Owners can:
- Read and reply in Live chats.
- Teach the assistant, approve changes, and edit Facts.
- Set availability and send broadcasts.
- Use Templates for their own line: write templates, check their approval score, send them to Meta, and choose the template the app uses for members of their line.
Delegates
A delegate helps an owner, for example a secretary. Delegates can read and chat. They share the line's templates with the owner. Approving training changes and editing facts are read only for them. They will see "Only the owner of this assistant can approve or decline changes."
Admins
Admins can do everything an owner can, for every assistant. They also see the pages under Assistants and Logs & privacy, plus Messaging budget. They see the templates of every line, the SMS templates, Check Meta for updates, the church-wide Used by the app choice, and they can send a template to Meta below the score needed. These are the pages for inviting people, setting up assistants and checking activity.
Ask for a change
If you need more access, ask an administrator. If you are not attached to an assistant, you will see "You are not attached to an assistant yet. Ask an administrator to add you."
Tip: Not sure who to ask? Use the Help button at the bottom right. It can send a request to the administrators for you.
