Sign in for the first time

An administrator creates your account and sends you a one-time invite link by email. The link works for 7 days.

Accept your invite

1. Open the invite link.
2. On the Welcome page, choose a password and type it again.
3. Select Set password and continue.

Your password needs at least 10 characters, with an upper-case letter, a lower-case letter and a number.

Sign in

1. Go to the portal's address and enter your Email and Password.
2. Select Sign in.

If you forget your password

Select Forgot password? on the sign-in page and enter your email. You will get a link to choose a new password. It works for 24 hours.

If there is no Forgot password? link, ask an administrator to send you a reset link instead.

If the link does not work

A link that says Link not valid has expired or was already used. Ask an administrator to send a new one. See Sign-in problems for more.
