Train the church-wide assistant

General training is church-wide training that every assistant inherits. Only admins can change it.

Teach it

1. Open General training in the menu.
2. Use the trainer to teach it, then try it out. On a computer the trainer is on the right; on a phone it is at the top, with the tabs below it.
3. Review and approve changes the same way pastors do. See Train with the trainer and Approve changes.

Facts

Facts here are defaults every assistant inherits. Add your church's address, service times and other basics. See Facts.

Important: Add emergency contacts here. The assistant uses them in safety replies.

Pastors and corrections

Pastors can't correct the church assistant with a note. They see "Only an admin can correct the church assistant, because it changes every assistant. Rate it without a note, or ask an admin.". If a pastor spots a mistake, ask them to tell you, then fix it here.

Tip: A pastor's own training and facts add to this. Keep general training for what is true for every pastor, and leave personal matters to each pastor.
