Troubleshooting
The assistant said something wrong
Correct a wrong or unhelpful answer so the assistant does better next time.
The assistant learns from what you teach it. When it gets something wrong, tell it the right answer rather than just ignoring it.
Check these first
Rate the reply and say what it should have said
Who can fix it: you.
- Open the chat in Live chats.
- Give the reply a thumbs-down.
- Type what it should have said.
Your correction goes for approval. See Rate replies.
Correct it in Try it
Who can fix it: you. Ask the assistant the same question in Try it, select Correct this on the answer and write the right one. See Try it and correct.
Teach it through the trainer
Who can fix it: you. Tell the trainer the right answer in plain words. See Train with the trainer.
Approve the change
Who can fix it: the assistant's owner or an admin. Corrections and new facts only take effect once approved. See Approve changes.
The mistake is about the whole church
Who can fix it: an admin. Service times, addresses and emergency contacts belong under General training, in Facts. See Facts and General training.
Some rules cannot be changed
Rules kept for safety, such as how it handles people in danger or whether it says it is a person, are fixed and cannot be trained away.
Tip: Be specific. "When asked about Sunday service, say it starts at 9:00" works better than "Be more accurate". See Training tips.
